Aswah Story
Himalaya is replete with treasures in the form of herbs, spices, fruits, and vegetables to name a few. In the process of procurement, ground labour is often neglected. Our team works directly with farmers in remote areas to source a wide range of products.
Our story is that of relentless efforts put into the extraction of rare organics in their purest form. From climbing steep slopes to exploring the wilderness for the perfect selections, our team leaves no stone unturned. We at Aswah are not sharing a product, we are sharing the experience of our meticulous workers. We are sharing a part of their life.
BHADERWAH WHITE HONEY
The remote town of Bhaderwah towering at an altitude of nearly 5000ft, produces a top-notch quality of exotic white honey. This creamy concoction in pearl hue is a miracle food known for boosting immunity and gut health.
BHADERWAHI RAJMA
Named after the place they are sourced from, Bhaderwah Rajma is legendary for its rich taste in North Indian cuisine.
Produced by the local farmers of Bhaderwah in Jammu and Kashmir, they are slightly smaller than the usual variety and are a dark shade of red.
Known to be a super food, they are a rich source of protein and healthy fibres. It has a slight sweet taste when cooked and make a delicious combination with Basmati rice.
